As you ask about fee structure of YCCE for SC category so YCCE is one of the expensive college in Maharashtra........ it is very high for the students who belongs to open category ... but as you mentioned you belongs to Sc category ..so for reserved category 50% of fees are less than open category....for reserved category fees lied between 35000 to 75000.

Cut-offs are more of Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur than your MHT-CET marks. But as you belong to SC caste there are chances that you will get admission into Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur.

you have to try for the private college in your domicile to get an admission. yes you can get electrical branch but it will be in a privat college. Make for counselling and give the option to give a try. put other college options to backup and have to take an admission for sure.
private colleges also provide quality education for a students to showcase the skills.

YCCE didn't offer degree in Architecture . However if you are intrested in Engineering then you can apply for YCCE in MHTCET Counselling.
