If I am left with options like biotech at dtu, biotech at bit mesra, ece Or mechatronics iiit bhagalpur then should I drop this year?

Dear Aspirant,

I understand your concern and I am here to help you regarding that !

So, i would personally recommend you to go with these choices any of these. Because, sometimes getting a seat in these colleges itself is abit tough and you did it. Getting admission in Colleges such as Delhi technological university and IIIT is somewhat typical. Alsoz i don't recommend you to drop this year and please go with any of the choices in which you are interested accordingly.

Can I get bit mesra chemical Engineer or nit durgapur chemical engineering my rank is 49986 state : jharkhand in special round? General

Hi Supu,

According to previous year statistics,

The closing of Chemical engg. for General candidates in NIT Durgapur was 27,845 in spot round.

The closing of Chemical engg. for General candidates in BIT Mesra was 67k in spot round.

You most probably won't get Chemical Engg. at NIT Jalandhar. If you haven't got Chemical Engg at BIT Mesra as of now, I'm sure you'll get it in CSAB special round. I'd suggest you to read the article below on CSAB, it contains all the details.

Which course should I join (cse or ece) in bit college.or should I join to NIE college (ise).plz tell me.

Hey,

The below given placement information are based on the review taken by the passed out CSE students from the respective colleges.

BIT College -

Placements in this college are really good, especially for CSE branch. Placements for the rest of the branches are average. In 2016, there were 100% placements for CSE. This is amongst the best colleges. For a CSE student, the average package offered is 6.5 LPA. Students of other branches get around 4 LPA.

NIE College -

The placements are good for computer science and information science students with an average package of about 6-7 LPA, but the mechanical branch placements are the best as compared to other mechanical engineering branches from other colleges. The companies such as Cisco, SAP laps, Motto was one of the top recruiters on the campus.

WHICH ONE IS better to accept EEE in bit,mesra or ECE in iiit jabaipur

Hello

I have mentioned in various answers and blog and i will mention it again. "Do not run for the colleges if you have a particular interest in any certain branch". Please do not select any branch just for the sake of college. Branch over College if the colleges are at same tangent.

BIT Mesra and IIIT Bhub both are good so please go for the branch.

Hi Shubham,

We all have this confussion after 12th. Computer Science Engineering is a good branch it has lot of job opportunities. It makes your creative ability stronger as you need to think the logic and program the code. The difficulty depends on how do you understand the concept. You can learn basic of C, C++ before college so that you would feel little good. Don't panic if you believe you can do well in CSE take it. The syllabus is available for almost all colleges gothrough the syllabus once.

Which college is the best NIE or BIT for placements.plz tell me

Placements of NIE:

The placements for our senior batch is good. A total of 931 students were registered from all branches, and the offers are given to 631 students. The highest salary offered was 28 lakhs per annum in last year placement, and the average salary is around 5 lakhs per annum. The internship opportunities are good for CSE, ISE, ME branches only and not for other branches. The average stipend is around 20k.

Placements of BIT Mesra

Placements are good in BIT. Placements are very good for CSE, IT and ECE branches. More than 25 students got packages more than 30 LPA. The average package for ECE branch in BIT is around 9 to 10 LPA. Placement for rest of the branches is average with 5 LPA as the salary offered. Many companies also offer internships for the students.

Placements:The placements here are very good. The average package is around 6.5 lacs per annum. More than 100 multinational top recruiters come every year for the selections. However, the placements are not 100%. Top companies like Amazon, Clip Art, and Facebook also comes here for recruitment.The average package offered has increased to 7 LPA to 8 lacs per annum this year. The college also gives a chance to its students to go to the USA through the student exchange programme as it has tie-ups through its alumni. There is a separate training and placement cell in this college.

Hey buddy, if your homestate is jharkhand then you have a high probability of getting bit mesra till 7th round. If you don't get it you can go for spot round.

College Infrastructure

Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra offers a well-maintained and resourceful campus with everything a student needs for academic and personal growth. The classrooms are equipped with smart boards, projectors, and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity. The central library is one of the best parts of the campus, with ample study space, digital resources, and access to journals required for research and assignments. Hostels are clean, spacious, and regularly maintained, and the mess food is satisfactory with decent hygiene standards. The campus also includes indoor and outdoor sports facilities, well-equipped laboratories, medical services, cafeterias, a post office, and a bank, making it a self-sustained environment.

College Infrastructure

BIT Mesra has really good infrastructure and facilities that make college life comfortable and productive. The classrooms are clean, spacious, and have projectors for better learning. Labs are fully equipped with modern instruments, and everything is well maintained so practical work never feels like a hassle. The library is huge — it’s a peaceful place to study with thousands of books and online resources. Sports facilities are great too; we have grounds for cricket, football, basketball, and even indoor games and a gym. Hostels are neat and the rooms are decent in size with good Wi-Fi. The food in the mess is hygienic and better than what you’d expect in most colleges. The campus overall is very green and pleasant, and there’s a medical center available for any emergencies. It honestly feels like everything a student might need is already here.
