Yes, you can easily get admission in University Polytechnic, BIT Mesra, Ranchi.  Basedon your comedk 2018 rank, you have very low chances of getting CSE or ISE in any of these colleges that you have mentioned above.But definitely you can get other branches there.

For CSE you can try for other top colleges like BMSIT,JSS,DSCE,etc.

Hello Nidhi, You didn't get any seat in the normal counseling rounds because your rank is too high to get admission in any of these branches in BIT Mesra. BIT Mesra is one of the best colleges to accept students through JEE Mains rank, therefore, the cutoffs are very low.
