Dear aspirant,Kudos for clearing Jee mains.Now coming to your question,so according to latest buisness rules of csab regarding home state seats csab has published a message in additional buisness rules. In case, any Home State quota seats remain vacant, such seats shall be converted into All-India quota to be filled on the basis of merit in the given category.
