According to JOSSA opening and closing Rank of 2018,2017,2016 not a single OBC student of Home state nither of other states has take admission in any BTECH program. So I am not able to tell you the cutoff.

I am very sorry to tell you that you are not eligible to take admission in any branch of BIT Mesra neither any IIIT's.

The minimum ranks anyone needs to take admission in the lowest branch of BIT Mesra i.e Bio-Technology Engineering is 22538 for SC Home State
