Pursuing CSE in BIT, Mesra is very good according to rankings given to it in NIRF. It is in top 100 universities in India. If you are eligible and you can go, I would suggest in doing so.

Hello Aspirant, BIT hostel is very good. The college has 10 separate room for boys. It include reading room and common room. There is a large entertainment hall with a television. And Hostel fee is 20,000 around per semester and mess fee is 15000 around per semester.Each hostel have table

If we look at JoSAA counselling list of opening and closing ranks then there in no reservation for OBC in BIT.
So,  you would be considered under general category and I am sorry to say that, for that with your score it's not possible to get seat there.
