Well at 65 percentile  in jee main i.e. joint entrance exam  which is conducted by NTA  at national level. 

You won't get bit for b.tech . 

Bit - bihar institute of technology  , bihar is one of the good college among other. 

Although  i will say one thing that cutoff  level is completely depend upon the hardness of question paper every year. 

Being obc category candidates  your probability is  low but you should wait  and hope for the best  !

Your chances of getting the good branch like CSE, mechanical, ECE is very low at these colleges at this much score in Comedk examination but you may get civil or chemical branches here at bit and dsce.

With the provided rank its hard to find colleges which will give you a seat in CSE. However you can apply for CSAB Special Round or PTU where you can expect a seat in CSE in some goverment colleges.

Yes, BIT Deoghar or Patna extensiom is affiliated from UGC. It is a private Institute. All courses of B.Tech are available here. Admissions are done on the basis of JEE Mains ranks.There is no other examination. You just have to fill an application form in the college and there is also no cutoffs of this college.

Hello, arjun. If you are from general category, then you will definitely get PESIT in the first round of counselling. You can choose BIT, but PESIT is much better. All the best!

Sorry to say but I don't think that there is any chance of your's getting BIT Mesra with a rank of 5391.Last year the closing rank for home state was aroung 2900 and hence this year also you can't expect much.So the chances are little.You can give a try in some other colleges.

The ground reality of many Entrance Examination of university is that of the university decides to not disclose the question papers, it is highly unlikely that you will find it anywhere in the internet. So I would suggest you go to the official website of bhmct and dig the previous year question papers as well as sample papers. If it is unavailable you might get it from third sources by searching on Google but they won't be reliable

I'm not pretty sure about the information in your question about the paper being easy or the cut-off rising. You have certainly not specified your educational qualification/ marks/ percentage which makes it extremely confusing and difficult to state whether you will make it to Osmania or not. But in a generalized way, you need to work pretty hard and maintain a good GPA to get into Osmania University. Good luck!
