To apply to CEPT University you must give NATA. Since you have not given it in the first attempt, you must wait since the admissions for UG programmes at CEPT university have their last date as JUNE 23, 2019 for all India seats. It means you would not be able to apply.

CEPT Ahmedabad is a good college for B design it is a private institute approved by UGC and the eligibility is 60% marks in 12th. The infrastructure used for teaching is extremely good and the college ranks high in components such as facility, placements, and faculty.
For symbiosis, The placements on the campus are good. Most of the students get into the internships at the various firms. The reputed brands like Nike, Puma, BMW, and the others recruit the students. All the students have lots of opportunities to be recruited with a good salary and job conditions. The faculty members are good at making sure the best students get placed in highly reputed companies.

For admission in CEPT University you have to apply online and submit the marksheets and other documents by scanning. After payment you will get a receipt after which the university administration will check the form. If found satisfactory you will recieve an admit card on your registered email within 3 working days of the application. CEPT entrance exam will be conducted in 3rd and 4th week of July for UG program. The form will be available for PG from January till Marchand for UG from June and last date being 2nd week of July. The admit card would be available for PG from March and for UG from 2nd weekof July. After the exam you would get the result.

The minimum eligibility criteria are 50% marks in 12th board and 70 marks out of 200 in NATA to apply for CEPT University, Ahmedabad.
50% of the 12th score and 50% of your NATA score sump up to your merit.
There are a total of 80 seats for B.Arch in CPET.
Last year, the cutoff for general category students from CBSE board was 82 in NATA and the closing rank was 20,001.
The cutoff for general category students from the Gujarat board was 74.05 and the closing rank was 10,026.
Therefore, I think you have a good chance of selection.

All the colleges which you have mentioned above are good but as per the ranking BITs Pilani comes first then IIIT Hyderabad and CEPT you can consider at third number. So I would suggest you to go through below link to know all about the same before making any decision -

There are total 80 seats for Bachelor of architecture, 40 for Gujarat students and 40 for All India students entirely on merit basis.. You have a fair chance to get into CEPT with that score.

The college infrastructure was exceptional. It had all the facilities and buildings. The classrooms were nice and the hostels were good in quality. The living areas were well-maintained. The food was hygienic and the library was huge and well-equipped.
My college was having all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The classrooms and their facilities were exceptional and the hostels were great. All the things were well-maintained. The living spaces were clean and hygienic.
The college has very good infrastructure which motivates the mood to study. Classrooms are designed in a form of studio which makes it unique and moreover the architecture of the building truly showcase the best architectural and engineering college.
