Chandigarh University offers BA.LLB as well as LLB (3 years). The course is relatively new in the University and as such, placements are not offered yet.

The infrastructure, though, is commendable. There are labs, wifi, library, mock courts, digital libraries, tech classes etc. Overall, the infrastructure is made to cater to every need a student might have and to facilitate the learning atmosphere of the University

The faculties of Chandigarh University are excellent as well. They're helpful, approachable and experienced. They have qualifications from some of India's best universities as well as universities from abroad. Many workshops and events are oraganized to promote learning among students. Global conferences are also conducted in this university.

All in all, the Law courses offered by chandigarh University are really good with the only downside being placements. That is however expected to change in the coming years

Chandigarh University is one of the prestigious private institution of India. It offers various UG and PG course.

There are different entrance exams for different courses. It takes admission on the basis of JEE-Main, NATA, and other national level exams. It also conducts it's own entrance exam by the name of CUCET (Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test).

You can appear for CUCET to enroll in UG courses of this Institute.

As per the Supreme Court’s judgment passed in the year 2017, there is no age limit for appearing in CU BA LLB Entrance Test.

There are only a few universities offering aerospace engineering one of them is chandigarh University at nominal fee of 6.80 lakhs and best quality faculties are there. The placement is not like other engineering disciplines but you will get good exposure.

Now days and upcoming Digital world Computer Science engineering is most popular and demanding courses among all aspirants .Lots companies like Deloitte,TCS,Infosys,Wipro and many  and as per market survey Artificial Intelligence ,Machine Learning,Data Mining,Hadoop,Big data,Linux,Python and much more most demanding and higher paid salaries Course or for CSE specialization.

After completion of Course there are various IT Companies are requesting mostly focus on this students those are expert in MI and AI ,so job chances is high more then other subject and salary will also high like minimum salary is 3lpa to 5LPA  or may be high it will depends upon performance and which companies you are selected .

Well the ads that are being reflected about various Universities is because that is one of the way of advertising and marketing the college name for students to know the existence.
And as far as placement is concerned, in every university or college some students are places better and some not. Better ones are those who work more and try to focus more.
So the truth is to work better to be better no matter where you are. Primary concern should be your own self and rest all the secondary ones.

In terms of placement both the universities provide good exposure but the major difference is that Chandigarh University is a Government College, whereas VIT is a Private College.

Yes you can get into chandigarh University with your JEE mains percentile. The main eligibility criteria is that The candidate should have passed in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology with at least 60% marks in the aggregate. So if you satisfy this criteria you can get Into it for B.tech programmes.

Both of the universities are very good in terms of placement infrastructure and packages. But as you are talking about best one then I suggest you to go with one which is more nearer to your home city.

Moreover Christ University of Bangalore have a little edge among the two.
