hi,
I have rearranged the college from highest ratings to lowest ratings order. hope it would help you to sort out the college for admission.
Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology
International Institute of Information Technology (I²IT), Pune
Sinhgad College of Engineering
Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE), Nagpur
GH Raisoni college of engineering
I believe though DY Patil Kolhapur has a greater reputation, you should consider Singhad College of Engineering Pune. The Institute besides having great infrastructure, faculty and other facilities, has a huge locational advantage being located near IT, Industrial and Finance Hubs of Pimpri Chinchwad and Pune and hence, better scope and impetus of training and placement prospects.

Yes, you can give MHT CET and consider admission in Colleges under DTE Maharashtra. However, it would be beneficial having a Domicile Certificate for Maharashtra State and you must Contact nearest Notary Office for it, or perhaps some Document which gives you access to Maharashtra Home State Category, hence you can access the huge percentage of seats under Maharashtra Home State Category in State Colleges like COEP.

Dear student,
If you are a other state student, then you cannot apply for lateral entry in college of engineering pune. Because for lateral entry the seat are totally reserved for maharashtra candidates. But if you apply for 4 year ug degree then 15% of the dewata would be reserved for other states candidates.
But for lateral entry only the maharastra students are given seat. So, you better look up for some other college for lateral entry.
Hello Dear,
As you have not mention the name of the course for which you wanted to take admission in College of Engineering, Pune (COEP). It offers a four-year B. Tech programme at the UG level. Ancient buildings with best modern touches is a most famous building in college Overall 36 acres campus, River view and 7 8 department buildings, 2 canteens and 2 auditoriums, 1 sbi bank and atm is also inside.
The labs and their corresponding equipment are of the highest quality and majority of the faculty are experienced professionals. Classrooms are mediocre in terms of design and comfort as is the WiFi network. Libraries and sports facilities are good. Canteen is clean and hygienic however the Boat Club canteen could do with some work.
The College of Engineering Pune is very prestigious for its impressive infrastructure, which basically enhances the student experience on the campus. Classrooms are also well equipped with the Projectors, digital learning tools and also are very spacious.
