Though your rank is quite good but seats in PWD quota is only 15% in all india quota so thats little tough. Incase you belong to maharashtra then you can expect these colleges you have mentioned. Chances of COE pune is little less but you can any other good college for sure.
Goodluck!
Hello applicant,
Branch decision is upon your interest and passion.
If you are willing to work with machines , hardwares ,robots you can go for mechanical branch.
If you are willing to work with electrical circuits, analysis and synthesis you can go for electrical branch.
Basically Mechanical engineering which involves the design of power, energy, and weapons systems, aircraft and transportation products, and other equipment. Electrical engineering involves the design and study of electronics, power, and electrical systems. It is concerned with the use of electricity to transmit energy.

Hi Candidate,
I suggest you to prefer Marathwada Mitra Mandal College of engineering over Modern college of engineering. It has a good rating of 3.8/5. The infrastructure is pretty with whole campus being wifi enabled. The faculty is well experienced . The placements are good with Mahindra and Amazon being the major recruiters. All the best

Ancient buildings with best modern touches is a most famous building in college Overall 36 acres campus, River view and 7 8 department buildings, 2 canteens and 2 auditoriums, 1 sbi bank and atm is also inside.
The labs and their corresponding equipment are of the highest quality and majority of the faculty are experienced professionals. Classrooms are mediocre in terms of design and comfort as is the WiFi network. Libraries and sports facilities are good. Canteen is clean and hygienic however the Boat Club canteen could do with some work.
The College of Engineering Pune is very prestigious for its impressive infrastructure, which basically enhances the student experience on the campus. Classrooms are also well equipped with the Projectors, digital learning tools and also are very spacious.
