First of all, you need to understand that there is NO special cutoff for the EWS category in the MHT CET examination.

The cutoff for the EWS category will be the same as that of the General/Open  Category.

According to the notices on the COEP website, there is no concession for PWD candidates and have to pay the full fee. Total is about 19,500 for odd semester and 21,000 for even semester. for the regular ug programme. Find all fee details below -
