Will there be any scope in Chemical branch of NIT Jalandhar?

which is better option for M.Tech in EE: NIT Hamirpur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Patna? Please suggest me.

Out of the 3 options given by you and as per the rating and ranking of colleges you can prefer NIT Hamirpur or NIT Jalandhar at first and if not these 2 then NIT patna.

You need to score more than 140 marks in your JEE Main exam to get NIT, Jalandhar and you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile.
