Can you please explain your query that you don't want NIT Jalandhar or don't want this branch. To get for next round chance you have to report to the college.

I don't want this branch . I want CS or IT. in NIT JALANDHAR. for this should I have to report to destination or they automatically send me to 3rd round ?

For third round counseling you need to report to the College for the seat you are allotted. then you can leave it within the time.
