hey dear you are a general category student ,  you will not be able to get any NIT or IIIT at this rank but don’t loose hope , NIT or IIIT are not the end of life ,their are many private colleges which gives admission on the basis of JEE mains score so you can try for them like

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will hold the JEE Main 2018 counselling and seat allotment for all the qualified candidates of the engineering entrance exam. To be able to participate in JEE Main counselling and seat allotment 2018, candidates will have to register themselves first and then follow the step-wise procedure of the same. The counselling and seat allotment of JEE Main 2018 candidates will be conducted on the basis of their merit, choice filling and availability of seats. During seat allotment, JoSAA will first allot the seats to candidates in two mock rounds. This will help them to know the seats, they could be allotted on the basis of their choice filling in JEE Main. After mock rounds of allotment, seven main rounds of seat allotment will be conducted for candidates.

In recognition to the brilliant contribution of the Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur towards advancing quality education and research in India during the last 158 years, this premiere institute has been converted to Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur (IIEST, Shibpur), an Institute of National Importance by the NITSER Act of the Parliament in 2014.

              May be you can get civil department with this rank in JEE mains OBC- NCL category.Admission and courses in colleges accepting JEE main 2018 depends on rank of the candidate and cut off of the institute and cutoff of the courses based on JoSAA. These institutes include NIT's ,IIIT's,GIFT's and other state government colleges and universities accepting JEE mains score. 

You have good rank in OBC category so you are  eligible to get admission in civil branch thus you can get preferred course if you do some research and see previous year cut off ranks different NIT's .

Inorder to get admission in IIEST Shibpur for B.Arch, you should have a rank above 2500, both in the case of OS and HS quota, as per the last year cutoff. To have that rank, you have to score aroud 240 or more.
