According to the official documents released by the IIIT UNA authority on its official website the total fees for B.Tech students is around 8Lakhs that is 1 lakh per semester.

Now if you want to get the scholarship then it mainly depends on your rank and your family

Dear aspirant,HBTU kanpur is excellent college in UP. It has been successfully able to provide average package of 9-10 LPA which is quite good. The campus life is great and it offers exposure to MNCs like Reliance,TCS. Also mini ratna PSU like Bharat electronics limited etc also visit the campus.

till now , there is no permanent campus for IIIT UNA but they are coming up with permanent campus in himachal pradesh soon. fro now, IIIT UNA works or we can say operates temporarily from its current premises of transit campus 1 and campus 2.
