Hello, you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be a general category student.
From last year cutoff you will have to wait till special round of counseling may be you can get EC in IIIT Una. It is a new IIIT, cutoff changes every year . All the best. Refer to the link for finding out best college for you according to your rank
