Eligibility Criteria

To pursue the IIM Raipur Online Executive Post Graduate Programme in HR Management, aspirants must meet the following eligibility criteria defined by the institute:

For Indian Participants

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3/ 10+2+4) or equivalent in any stream from a recognised university (UGC//AIU/AICTE/DEC/State Government).
Should have scored at least 50%* (40% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) marks overall

For International Participants

A bachelor’s or equivalent degree with minimum marks of 50% or equivalent GPA from any recognised University/ Institution in their respective country.
A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification work experience in a Professional/ Managerial/ Entrepreneurial role as on 31st January 2023.
A minimum of 25 years of age as on 31st January 2023.

Evaluation Process

To assess the students’ performance, IIM Raipur conducts a periodic and continuous evaluation encompassing quizzes, assignments, and class participation in mid-term and end-term examinations. Students who clear the assessments will earn an MBA degree from IIM Raipur.
