Education
Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline with a proficiency in English. Similarly for international ones, having graduation or similar qualification is preferred.
Work Experience
For HR Professionals, they must have 2 years of work experience whereas for Non HR Professionals the qualification is increased another 2 years making it 4 years.
