Hello student yes to get admission in IISC you can apper in NEET entrance examination. Admission in Bsc course is through Neet/Jee main/KVPY.
NEET eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and biology with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.

At this point in time, the official website https://www.iisc.ac.in/important-dates/ has no new updates for admission to Undergraduate courses. Only the registration dates for M.Tech for sponsored Armed forces has been extended. But

Last date of submitting the application form 30 April 2020. You have to submit your KVPY/JEE Advanced/JEE Mains/NEET exam result within 1 week when they are out.
