According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approx 3.5 Lakh,with this rank you cannot get admission in iisc you should have to bring a very good percentile in order to get admission in IISC .

Considering the marks that you have got and the fact that you are a general category aspirant, sorry to say but you won't be able to get admission in IISC Bangalore or any IIT. You can try for GFTIs and other colleges that take admissions via GATE score.

I think your marks is less for getting admission in IITs M.Tech. you have to score more than 70 marks to get admission IITs. your chance to get admission in IITs is less. but you can take admission in NITs and other govt colleges.
