IIT dhanbad and IIT patna belongs to middle layer iits even though dhanbad is mostly preferred by students in jossa.
Because IIT dhanbad is better than IIT patna in many terms.

College Infrastructure

Indian Institute of Technology Patna has good overall infrastructure. Classrooms are modern with smart boards, and WiFi works fine most of the time. The library is well-equipped, and labs are decent for practical learning. The campus is clean, and sports facilities are available.
