At ₹56,460/sem, the campus life feels average for non-residents. While the cultural fests are vibrant, transient students miss out on the student clubs, evening activities, and social bonding.
Placements
IIT Patna has strong placement statistics for its core tech branches, but the management and business placement cells feel underdeveloped. Traditional non-tech recruiters are limited, forcing many to look off-campus
Value For Money
At ₹56,460/sem, the fee is high for a business degree. While you get the IIT brand name, the lack of strong management placements and practical corporate exposure means the ROI feels very average.

IIT Patna' s permanent campus in Bihta is equipped with modern infrastructure , advanced research labs and an excellent library. The academic environment is highly enriching , and students actively engage in diverse technical and cultural fests.

IIT Patna maintains a strong placement rate of over 85% providing excellent opportunities across both tech and core engineering branches. The placement cell is incredibly cooperative , making the journey smooth.
Value For Money

IIT Patna has modern green campus in around 500 acres in Bihta . It features high-tech classrooms ,libraries ,a well stocked library with excellent sport facilities with comfortable and smart hostel rooms .
Placements
currently first batch of this course is getting placed so there is no placement report but program has shown growth as 240 students got job and 460 got internship offers among various post and designations in respected fields
