In order to get admission in IITs, you have to first register for and take JEE Main, qualify in it by being in the top 2,24,000 candidates who are eligible to sit for JEE Advanced. Here again, you have to register for and qualify in JEE Advanced. JEE

In order to get admission in IIT Patna you have to appear for JEE Advanced exam.

First, you have to quailify for JEE Main exam in order to get eligible for JEE Advanced. You should be among the top 2,24,000 (including all categories) in Paper-1 of JEE (Main)-2018.

First, it depends on your branch preference. If you have any specific branch preference you should choose that college. Otherwise, you can go for IIT Patna or Bhubaneswar. IITs have their own reputation and value.
