Not to give any false hopes but there is little chance to get a good IIIT. As the weight of the 12th board marks was removed last year thereby there is no need to even think about the +2 marks and grades considering the category seats there is a good

The IIIT Bhubaneshwar admissions are based on two conditions: 50% seats are filled through JEE Mains and rest 50% through Odisha board vacancies. You will be able to get IIIT if you belong to Odisha with this rank. Your chances will improve if you are an OBC or SC/ST candidate.
