Hope you are doing well. As per your query there is only 100% fee waiver in some IIITs not all. This is given in the first year and their are some consequences. It is offered by the State government. Also depending on the results fee waivers are also given in second year though this does not concern every IIIT. You will not be able to get into IIITs with your rank however you could look for admission in your home state NITs. But there also you will not be able to get a branch of your choice. You can get a branch like chemical, production, metallurgy, etc.

However, if your home state NITs are in the top 10 then you'll not be able to get any branch.

As you have said that you are not knowing about your interest then probably you want to choose your option based on college rather than branch. On this basis MANIT Bhopal is a better college as compared to IIIT Lucknow which was opened about 5-6 years ago whereas MANIT Bhopal is a well estabilished college with many alumni and good infrastructure. Hope this helps.

Dear Aspirant ! If you want to keep a seat alloted to you in any round then you must visit the reporting centre and do the formalities , otherwise your seat will be cancelled . I hope your doubt is clear 

Hey! You can also appear for JEE Advanced 2020 while completing your B. Tech course from the college you are affiliated. JEE Advanced can be given when the candiate has cleared JEE Mains and has appeared for JEE Advanced once before because for JEE Advance a candidate can appear twice in the consecutive year. Hooe this may help you.

Industrial design at NIT rourkela is a good option . But when it comes to compare between indusstrial design at NIT rourkela and IT dual in IIIT gwalior because the foremost reason is that the latter has a much better future scope than the former. As IT forms the base of software and technology companies and the placements in IIIT gwalior are also good , so you can expect good placements from Iiit gwalior after this course. But you can not expect any placements for industrial design at NIT rourkela . You can only get a job after higher studies.

As your query is you have been allotted a seat at at IIIT Manipur and somehow due to financial issues you are unable to pay the tuition fee. I would like to tell you that if the condition that you are unable to pay the tuition fee is due to a genuine financial problem then you can let the administrative department of IIIT Manipur know about your issue and if they consider that you will get a help with them they might allow you for few days for few scholarship in the fee else if they don't agree then you you have no alternative choice to go with you have to pay the tuition fee else you have to leave the seat allotted to you.

As your query is in the counselling process of JOSAA you have been allotted a seat at IIIT Bhubaneswar with EEE and you have paid the acceptance fee now the college wants you to report to the institution in between 19 to 23rd July and you want to go for the special round and you are confused. 

I would like to tell you that it in my opinion it will be better to go with the seat allotted to you and pay the fee and apply there for the admission process which is at the end if you don't it get any seat in the special round of counselling you might end up losing IIIT Bhubaneswar the only college left with you in your option so it would be better to go for admission process in Bhubaneswar if you feel that yes somehow there is chance in special round case then and go to the college and let them know your situation might be help you in better way.
