As per your acquired rank ; it will be not possible to get any good nit or IIIT s with this .
Because as you know that seats are limited ( around 25-30 thousand ) and number of candidates are more.
You have a chance if you have home state quota in these low Ranking nits like : nit srinagar ; Uttarakhand ;nit Puducherry ; nit Goa. Etc
But I would suggest you to take a good state government or private college or should take drop and prepare for next year.
