I am sorry to tell you but with an OBC ranking of 43500, I don't think you will be able to get any college in CSAB special round. This round is even more crucial than the JOSAA counselling. I would advice you to look into some other colleges

As of now, the counseling process of most colleges that accept JEE Main's score has started or already finished. So, the best option for you would be to apply for CSAB special round. The schedule hasn't been declared yet. The registration for CSAB special round will start from
