Firstly, whatever you pay in these Special and Spot Rounds, you will not get the money back. There is option to refund the fees.

CSAB fees for an SC Candidate is Rs. Rs.16,500.

You can always check the same about CSAB Special round for NITs, IIITs and GFTIS 2019

I am afraid the rank you mentioned above is not enough to get you admission into IIIT, Lucknow.
However, you are eligible for IIITs of other states.

Bhagalpur college of engineering was established in 1960 and IIIT Bhagalpur was introduced in 2017 by the MHRD.

You will not be able to get into IIITs with your rank however you could look for admission in your home state NITs. But there also you will not be able to get a branch of your choice. You can get a branch like chemical, production, metallurgy, etc.

Hey! You can also appear for JEE Advanced 2020 while completing your B. Tech course from the college you are affiliated. JEE Advanced can be given when the candiate has cleared JEE Mains and has appeared for JEE Advanced once before because for JEE Advance a candidate can appear twice

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very good. There is are many natural nd artificial artifacts present inside the campus. The buildings are very much well maintained and the grounds are also very well maintained.

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
