Hello dear as per your jee mains st category percentile and according to previous year cut off for all Nits the is closing at 3568 for chemical branch so according to this the cutoffs for all other branches in all nits is closing at 4000 for upcoming round the probability

As per general rank and ews rank you can't get admission in any of the IIIT's. Your percentile is low to get admission in such institutions. I suggest you to look for other institutions instead where both academics and placement oppurtunities are good.
