I can provide you the JoSSA 2018 cutoff ranks of IIIT, Kottayam for all the categories, so you can get a clear idea.

In 2018, after Special Round 1-

Opening Rank- 30,389 and Closing Rank- 40,555 (General)

Opening Rank- 44,370 and Closing Rank- 56,755 (OBC)

Opening Rank- 1,27,107 and Closing Rank- 1,83,626 (SC)

Opening Rank- 2,50,223 and Closing Rank- 3,52,965 (ST)

There is NO CHANCE for you to get a seat in the normal rounds but you can wait till the Special Round.

Hello Dear

Yeah with having a rank with a range of approx 32k you will have the good chances for getting into the IIIT Kottayam since based upon the analysis of previous year cuttoff the closing rank of CSE is approx to 33k only. So yeah you have the good chances in that.
