Yes at 63K rank you can get colleges in CSAB that is special round but not in Josaa( you may get it but it is difficult)

As per the latest MHRD rankings, NIT Agartala's rank is 52. That's a very good rank.

Now onto IIITs. IIIT Ranchi is relatively new and shares a campus with NIT Jamshedpur. So, it's not as good as NIT Agartala. IIIT Dharward is also not very good.There is no variety in courses offered there. It's important to have a campus life and NIT Agartala is an old and established college.Go for it.

Your question seems to be a little ambiguous.

It is a little difficult to predict anything with your percentile. Moreover you have also not Mentioned which Category you belong to , since various categories have different cutoffs , it is difficult to say anything without knowing the specific category.
