My obc rank is 30050 . Which NIT or IIIT can I get and what branches?

Hey Ravisha,

With category rank of 30050 you have chances to get in the NITs. As you have not specified your category it would be difficult to tell about the NIT that you have chances. In NITs you can apply via Home State (HS) quota for which you have priority.

Hi ! It seems hard for you to get a government college like nit or IIIT or GFTI through Jossa counselling. They demand bit higher ranking. Your rank is not enough to get admission in these colleges. You should have rank between 30000 which is maximum. So hope you understand

The chances of getting a government seat with your rank are somewhat low, as most government colleges require higher ranks even considering your category and state quota. You have a high chance of getting waitlisted.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very good. There is are many natural nd artificial artifacts present inside the campus. The buildings are very much well maintained and the grounds are also very well maintained.

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
