No why will you study there ?

Take a year drop and try to sit for mains again. If not a IIT atleast get into some food nits or central university. In iust there is no growth. They are too slow to adapt to the new changes in the technology sphere. There is hardly any teseares work going on , so please don't apply there.

Try to apply in someplace better .

It depends on the college status of admission for this year. Your rank will be very high as per the percentile you have stated. In any way try for some good private college for which you can get an admission as per your qualification. Private colleges are also efficient and competing with the top NIT and IITs. There are lots of students studying in there. they are enough capable to take a fight with a top student. It just matter is your interest and your will.
