The YMCA Delhi offers one course which is somewhat related to medical sciences. It offers a diploma course in nutrition dietician and health management. Yes you may get a seat in YMCA with 28k rank by the end of counselling process or maybe in the middle of counselling as it depends on the number of students participating in the counseling.

To get admission into YMCA, Faridabad the cut off by rank(2019) for the SC category is 9,98,597. Since you are a resident of Haryana, the eligibility criteria is-

You must pass your 12th examination with non medical as your branch , give the JEE mains exam for admission and secure good marks for CSE.
