I am sorry to inform you but with this rank, even though you are a resident of Haryana and are OBC you won't get CSE at YMCA Faridabad but you can try for other branches. You'll get Mechanical, Electrical branches at this rank. If CSE is your priority then

You need to secure rank under 35 thousand for YMCA CSE ( home state ) and  16-17 thousand for outside state .

And to get CSE in dcrust Murthal ; you need to secure 40 thousand .rank ( home state ) and under 28-30 thousand rank ( outside
