Greetings!
At 75 percentile even with SC home state quota, admission in YMCA doesn't seems to be possible. As to make into any meaningful branch one must score minimum around 85-90 percentile, however you can get some branches like "Environmental Engineering" or something of that sort. However on an personal level I don't recommend these branches to people unless they have genuine interest in it.

Hello,
As far as your percentile is concerned let me tell you that even if you are a girl it is difficult to get good NITs in this rank. For lower NITs like Mizoram , Manipur , Uttarakhand, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Srinagar , Agartala there may be chances for you to get the lower branches.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper.
If you want to check out the colleges you get, you can take the help of the college predictor link given below -

The merit list is based on jee mains scores and the marks scored in your 12th so technically it is not possible to judge your rank in that merit list. But you have good chances to get a seat here.
The ECE branch closing rank was around 38k. This was the cut off for previous years.

College infrastructure is pretty good. Various departments building are there in the college. For science department the college has cv Raman building where all the essential equipments already installed there.
The college is very decent and has a very beautiful and attractive infrastructure. It is not only beautiful but also creates a good space for academic excellence. I had a very comfortable experience there
Library, laboratories, and classrooms are planned well but lack modern infrastructure such as high-performance computing laboratories, AI/ML facilities, and IoT innovation facilities. Wi-Fi facility is there but can be upgraded for research purposes.
