Lovely Professional University has a great well-equipped infrastructure for Students.it has a main gate for entry with a fingerprint system so that only students or university members enter into it. It has several gardens for students to get enjoy & feel relaxed. The overall infrastructure is great.

Academics

I'm a computer science student, The best part is that you get lots of opportunities in LPU because various events and hackathons always going on. The thing I not like is that practical implementation is less they only focus on theory.

Placements

placement is great here every year more than 90% of students get placed in various companies. In the management sector placement is almost 100% and this is great. Business today has ranked LPU among the top 100 private universities.

Value for Money

well, it depends upon person to person. I belong to a middle-class family and for me, the fee is quite high. My semester fee is 54500/- after the scholarship. But I think other colleges take more fees in comparison to LPU like VITEE, SRM fee is quite more than LPU.

Campus Life

It is a private university situated with more than 30000-40000 students. Only in computer science, more than 500 students are there. The campus is very big it takes 2-3 days to visit all the campus .LPU has the biggest swimming pool in India as well s several parks, I enjoyed my campus a lot.

overall the university is good. It has several scholarship exams that benefitted you Apart from that you get lots of opportunities.

LPU is one of the largest private university in India having all the latest infrastructure, facilities and equipments. LPU has well maintained class rooms, it has one of the largest libraries in north india. also the sports ground at lpu are well maintained and the hostel rooms are big enough. the food quality was above average

Academics

LPU focus on quality teaching and the curriculum at LPU is designed in a way that meets the industry needs and has all the thigs covered that are needed to be industry ready. the mock drives gives the confidence and helps to prepare for real life scenario the exam system of lpu is also very nice.

Placements

Placements at LPU are pretty good. many good companies that recruit from IITs also recruit from lpu also. The highest package offered to lpu student is 42LPA by Microsoft and the average package lies around 4-5LPA. the training and placement cell at LPU work really hard to make student placed.

Value for Money

when i took admission the fees for B.tech was Rs.90,000 per semester without any scholarship and now it has become Rs 1,20,000 per semester without scholarship but LPU comes up with huge scholarships from 20-50% on this fees that make it easily affordable the scholarship can be availed on basis of intermediate percentage and on the basis of LPUNEST score in short LPU is full worth it for the money you pay.

The campus life at LPU is Amazing . DSW is a cell that manages the students activities under which there are many clubs that organize various events in different domains. the most important part is the safety that LPU assures to you. It has more than 3500 CCTV installed iside the campus and for emergency services it has UNI hospital inside the campus that provides 24*7 services.

I am pursuing B. Tech CSE. I have always been a fan of technology, that's why I choose this branch. I truly believe that my curriculum is updated. In addition to this, we also get some workshops and guest lectures by Industry experts which is really very beneficial. Almost all of the faculty are PG holders except few. One negative aspect is that sometimes faculties tend to do a lot of teaching through PPTs which seems so boring.

Placements

Almost 80% of the students got placed in our on-campus placements. Capgemini and Cognizant are top recruiting companies. Top roles offered are software developer engineer and web developer. Recently Tanya Arora got placed in Microsoft with a salary package of 42 LPA, which is the highest.

Value for Money

In this university cost of Btech in computer science and engineering 98000 per semester. I am feel getting our money worth because this university provides a huge scholarship to the students based upon the students performance in jee mains and Lpunest entrance exam.

We have full-time access to library. It is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and security guards are everywhere. Internet access is available in every hostel and building. Our college has a very good infrastructure which helped us to learn practically. We had high-speed Wi-Fi, so we always explore new things through the internet. We had a central library which is one of the most favorite spots in our college. Hostels are maintained pretty clean, but food in the mess was average. However, we have many food stalls on our campus where the food is tasty.

Academics

I am in Computer science stream. and each faculty explains very well. Time table is also well organised, with lecture classes and tutorial classes. even master classes are also organised for better understanding of students. i am in second semester now, and my journey is going very well.

Placements

By the end of the final semester, more than 90% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 42 LPA, the average salary package offered was 4 to 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cognizant, Capgemini, Bosch and some other startups.

Value for Money

around 2 lakh annual fee for 1 year in lovely professional university,yes i think i am getting worth of my money, as teacher are providing us oppurtunity to do physical practical. thats why i feel i am getting my money worth.

Yes My College have all facilities and equipment. infrastructure of my college is circulated in 600 acres of land which includes 7 boys hostel 6 girls hostel 1 apartment. the libraries and laboratories are well maintained.

Academic is always up to date most of faculty is having PhD degree but some teachers are not good but overall teaching quality is very good . way of teaching very interactive. exam pattern is also good .you will have to maintain 75% attendance .

Placements

The College has a very good placement as it as contacted to a lot of well known companies. the companies that come for placement are google, windows, amazon, Infosys , etc . As My friends have been placed by the college and they are happy with that.

Value for Money

The fees is quite affordable . The total cost of my course is around 6LPA . the Money is worth as the facilities and infrastructure provided are above the expectations. So I proudly say that my college value for money.

how much I saw online it looks great. due to covid19, I have never seen lpu physically so I can't say anything about it.i am studying online on codetantra from my first day. so I will review it later.

the faculty is very good and cooperative but the bad things are 1: 75% attendance compulsory, which just ruins your whole day from morning to evening, sometimes there are classes till 6 pm. 2: they will not understand any kind of your personal problems, either you are seriously ill or have any kind of troubles you have to work according to them. 3: there are too many CA, Practicals, projects, midterm, end term, and blaa blaa blaa which will not let you rest for a long time.4:syllabus is very bad

Placements

Although there is good statics, the money they charge, the effort they take from us, the promises they make don't meet the reality, not even around it. the placement they say and the records they show about 90%+ placement does not mean like from the total no. of students but the records are made from those students who were eligible to sit in placement cell. and if I am right then around 35-40 % of students are eligible to only sit in the completion remaining 60-65 % students are not there

Value for Money

if I talk about their 4-year BTech cse fees with tuition,hostel,mess, sports and gym it will cost around Rs12.5-Rs13 lacs, the real average placement is around Rs2.5-Rs4 lac if take it 3 lacs then a person needs to work for 4-5 years only to get the amount of your fees back. if you add other expenses like rent,food,travel,water,electricity, etc. in that case i am sorry to say my friend but it will take you around 10-15 years depending upon your hard work and dedication to get your fees back.

it only depends upon you, if you know time managing and using it wisely then its best else it is hell, worst than you can think.

if you are good in study good means if you can study more than 10-12 hrs a day(including classes+self study) you can come here. otherwise don't even think about LPU.bro/sister Rs 13 lac is not a small thing for us, if you are in school from 9th-12th any class just give your 110% daily in studies and you can get far better than LPU.
