If we consider the last year cutoff of Mbm then minimum marks that are required in jee mains to get admission there are 140. So if you have 140+ score in jee mains you can go for counselling round in reap.

Sorry to say but your percentile in JEE Mains is very less in order to get admission into RTU Kota and MBM Jodhpur. This is because as per previous year cuttoff for these Colleges it is difficult to secure seat on this percentile. I would suggest you to

kindly mention your rank as predicting rank from percentile is quite tough .as your percentage in 12 is more than 75 the this is also not a big problem

Yes ,you can fill thethe reap form. You can not get admission in government colleges with this percentile .Your percentile is quite low to procure seat in government colleges .

But you can land up in good private engineering colleges .
