Infrastructure of my College is good. Large campus. Most facilities available within the campus. Wifi all across campus buildings. Multiple playgrounds available. Mess food is average. Cleaning is done in hostels regularly.
My computer science course was good. It covered majority of the latest technologies ( machine learning, cloud computing, AI, web/app development etc ). We can choose specialized stream from the first year onwards.
Placements are adequate. Many students get Over the Top packages. But that count is not large. Many mass recruiters visit offering average CTC. Most of the students get placed in these mass recruiter companies. Placement process and conditions are NOT good at all. There is no transparency.
My computer science course cost 3.5 lakh/year. Not adding one lakh per year for hostel. This amount is large. They do provide scholership if you score top in their entrance exam (srmjeee but this much amout of money is really very expensive.
Campus Life was great. Got to meet people from around the country. Almost half of students in engineering branch are from different states. Food courts are available in the campus. There is a srm hospital inside the campus. Students get free checkup during four years.
Overall, studying in SRM is like in a foreign university because of their amazing infrastructures and the students who come from various countries and states. So the students who wish to study here need to use the best out it because this is an excellent platform to build themselves.
As far as infrastructure, facilities are concerned, SRM has outdone itself. The classrooms, labs, and libraries included all have the updated tech and the collection of the number of research books you can find at the library is just massive. If there are any issues, the IT Department at the SRM Institute solves the issue then and there. The hostel buildings, however, are too old. They are regularly well maintained, properly serviced but still are quite old and won't have the hygiene standards.
The curriculum is very well updated and includes all the things required for your field of study. The quality of teaching however lacks some standards and will not be up to the mark. Since most of the students come from outside the south of India, the communication between the student and teachers becomes difficult when it comes to speaking the common tongue, English.
As always, SRM has one of the best placement offices and most of the students are placed quite well. SRM students have been placed at Amazon, Paypal, and Microsoft in recent years. Most of the students find themselves in TCS, Infosys, or any of the top MNCs around the country.
Computer Science is quite costly, but with regards to other colleges, SRM costs lesser.
There are tons of student clubs and so many things the students can be part of. One of the best features of SRM. Being a part of these clubs have actual value.
SRM is a decent place when it comes to finishing your bachelor's.
The infra is good. They have all kinds of facilities. The labs are well built. and they have a lot of features. The libraries are the best on the ground floor but on the second floor of the library, it's not air conditioned. The sport centres are good. The badminton court is the best. Speaking about hostels, only one hostel is good. Adhiyaman hostel since it has attached washrooms and maintained good. The living space is average but the cupboard space is very less.can't fit all ur things.
I am studying computer science right now and the faculties till now have been good. There are good teachers who care about their students but they are very rare to get in a semester. You have to be careful when you talk to them. You should not mess with them. It might be a problem for you guys. But apart from those teachers some teachers who care about their students provide some guidance to study and a good amount of tips to increase your profile and prepare yourself for placements.
I hear the placements in this college are good. I haven't appeared for them yet but I am looking forward to taking them. But most of the students get placed in good companies. But it also depends on your technical knowledge. You have to join clubs, go and participate in hackathons to increase your chances of getting in your dream company. It will be useful for you. Try to get in good internships and gain practical experience so that it' easy for the recruiters to select you fo next coming rounds
It costs 2.5 lakhs per year if your SRMJEE Rank comes below 12k. if it's above 12k the tuition fee becomes 3.5 per year. It actually depends on your experience and how are you spending your time in college. If you spend time increasing your knowledge. get in clubs going for competitions. it will be beneficial for you but when you go just for time pass. it's useless as this college has a lot to offer which we have to wait and see. studying in this college requires patience. This is how u can do.
If want to enjoy your time in college. this is your college. The campus is like Wakanda. it's a full city inside. It's great to be on campus. If you are a hosteller this will be the best time for you since you will enjoy your birthday parties. going out with friends. having fun during fests. If you are a fresher make sure to attend fresher's day and Milan. those are one of the best fests the college can arrange and you will have a great time on campus. library is the best place to hang out.
I am till now having a good time in the college but since they are having online classes now due to the pandemic, it's boring. But if they open. we will be looking for the best fun to have since it is a fun college apart from teachers, strict people. You will have a great time when on campus but make sure to maintain your grades so that it might help you in placements. If you get into this college. Please make sure to make a good time out of it because the college days are the major days in life

The college is very good. You get all types of experience over here. You meet new people and also helps to know your India better. There are students from across the world. It is an amazing, well-maintained buildings.
I really enjoyed studying my courses over the 4 years' time. Vast varieties of courses. All the things get updated on the academia and the portal that they give to us. Good quality of education. Like it.
Placements are good but not up to the mark. The process considers by the placement cell is not understandable. You get many companies coming over here in time and the students with good marks are able to sit in the placement rounds.
No, the cost is very very high and also it is not worth it.
The campus life is good. People make their own things and have creative ideas.
Thank you.
Hi speed WiFi campus wide and access point in every classroom. Clean, hygienic conditions. Well calibrated instruments and well maintained labs. Hostels are moderated, one can't expect luxury out of a college hostel, but yes if you are ready to shell out more money, you can get luxurious hostels too.
The curriculum and the evaluation method is in sync with the current trends, teachers are a bit biased about the native students, and few teachers are unapproachable, though its rare, overall the teachers are in sync with latest developments in their fields.
Placement opportunities offered here are one of the best in India. More then 300 companies come during placement, and it goes on throughout the year. There's intership fares too, where you can bag internships from a multitude of companies.
For Btech CSE its 3.5 lakhs per year excluding hostel and mess fees. One can take an estimated 20-24 lakhs of total expenditure for 4 years, if you aren't a TN native
Happening, zero ragging, strict behaviour control policies.
Great, have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment Have great laboratory and a good wifi service and the living spaces clean food it okay but not that much great other than that all is okay
Helpful, my course is cyber security specialization in computer software engineering and the quality is okay. curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field but not in detail
the quality of placements at your college is okay depends on your skill set more than 85 percentage of students were placed and the highest salary package wah around 49 lakhs but the college is supportive
getting your money’s worth - Yes(with scholarship)
Amazing
Nice
It's having a huge college infrastructure with best library having more than one lakh books . A great administrative building and for each courses and seperate building for eg management has a building .
Average academics it's not like every one force you to study or what ... It's your wish whether to pass the subject . Facilities are ok not that good nor that bad but most are like this so the academics is average
Average placement every year final year students will be able to get a chance in attending the placement which is being conducted by the placement cell of college . Many companies with a minimum number of 40-50 will come
Average value for money my course's fee is eightyfive thousand per year (85k/year) and other expenses are comparatively lesser in my course . But it's bit more expensive than other colleges when it compared to srm
Average campus life The campus has got variety no of programs like shuru aarush melam baazar milan etc the college itself has a hospital inside the campus so it can handle any kind of emergencies like accident etc
Ok
SRM KTR has an amazing infrastructure. All the hostels are well maintained and safety is the topmost priority. Regular classes are conducted in UB (University building) which is fully air-conditioned. Students have a variety of options for accommodation in the hostel. Boys can't stay out of the hostel beyond 21:30 and for girls, it's 19:30. But in case of emergency, the hostel warden arranges an ambulance for the students for the hospital situated inside the campus itself which is open 24x7.
For CSE and its specializations, SRM is very nice. That does not imply that for the rest it's trash, but the attention is more towards the CSE students and placements are in their favor. The lecturers are very liberal in terms of attendance, teaching, and evaluating answer scripts. The staffs and teachers are very friendly and cooperative. Course materials and extra materials are also provided for the benefit.
The placement percentage of SRM is above 90% with a range of students. More than 500 companies come for recruitment. An average student scoring above 70% can sit in placements and get a decent package according to one's skills as required. Companies visit the campus more than once for multiple job roles.
Students having a good SRMJEEE rank have a tuition fee of 2.5 lac per annum and hostel fee ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 according to the Choice. I feel it gives the good value of the money spent here only if the student is ready to extract some. The wise use of the resources and getting guidance from faculty results in good shaping of the student. The level of exposure and opportunities provided are very useful and on point.
SRM has NO RAGGING campus. This is the best part of the college. Students are allowed to participate in cultural and technical fests conducted the whole year. It is filled with contests, hackathons, and more. We have a huge campus with facilities everywhere for students to explore around. The campus is well connected with local trains, cabs, local buses at cheap costs that go in favor of the students. There are shops for all necessities inside the campus and more outside too. Overall, it's SAFE!
DO CONSIDER SRM AS A GOOD OPTION. PEOPLE TEND TO DROP SRM EXCUSING ABOUT THE DISTANCE FROM THEIR HOMES AND CULTURAL DIFFERENCES. THERE ARE FLAWS, BUT THE EXPOSURE AND EXPERIENCE COMPENSATES.
the college has a good infrastructure, first-year hostels are good and maintained. classes of 1st year are in main building complete ac. The popular hostel is Paari and Kaari block. You are not allowed to exit the hostel after 10 PM but in case of any medical emergency, you are allowed to go to the nearest (SRM hospital) which is open 24/7 for everyone.
CSE is the best branch in SRMist. lecturers are very liberal not only in teaching and evaluating the answer scripts but also in maintaining the secrecy of exam question papers. I think CSE staff members are very polite. SRM University has a strength of at least 10,000 students in which there is approx 60-70 student in a section which is quite good and the faculty is very cooperative
About 500 companies visit our campus for recruitment. Some companies visit here more than once for different job roles, but our college adds those companies names to the total count of the companies that visit here. If you have an academic percentage of 80% and above in your course, then they let you attend placements in 95% of companies. If you have a percentage of over 70%, then they make you attend placements in 70% of companies.
SRM University provides about 60%-70% of its admissions for management quota. But it is value for money as it provides a platform to interact with industrial experts from 1st year and there is a good Asia largest techno fest conducted every year. Provides financial assistance for a startup or international studies.
Huge campus the campus is very big and there are a lot of cool buildings to see, the infrastructure is top class. Every floor has canteen and adequate RO Drinking water outlets are available. There are elevator facilities in every building All classrooms have SMART learning tools, they have a projector and screen for interactive learning. NO RAGGING
There are two fests, one is Aarush (Techno fest) that happens in September this year was conducted online and the other is Milan (Cultural fest) which happens in March. Many celebrities come over here you will enjoy it a lot.

Hello aspirant
JEE Main accepts NIOS, so you can appear if you meet the basic eligibility.
BITS does not accept marks from two different boards, so this option won’t work for BITS.
VIT and SRM generally accept NIOS, but having two separate mark sheets can be an issue. You should
