Placements are 60% only here with an average of 5la and around 15 companies seen visiting which is quite average 

Overall companies like Bosch, Hinda, Bajaj, Larsen Toubro are recruiting with maximum CTC offered

If above ranking js in general category then practically no chances expected. 

If above ranking is in 2AR category then you can get Information science engineering at University Visvesaraya college of engineering.

there are 30 % of the seats in dcet which are filled through the management quota , so you need to ask the officials when these seats are to be filled and the fill the form for management quota to get the lateral entry .

No Chnaces  for BMS College of Engineering  SKSJT and UVCE as cutoffs within 2500 rnaks ubder 3A category for ISE and CSE branch ubder DCET 

You can get Industrial engineering at Ms Ramaiah which looks good.

You also should have given any CET exam which is also needed to give admission to B.Tech program.If you also have some minimal score in the CET exam as well then you can expect both the colleges that you have mentioned.
