Seeing your rank and category details and it's previous years cutoff trends it is not possible for you to get admission into VNIT Nagpur.

Hello aspirant,
The chances of getting into a particular college with a specific stream, depends on a number of factors- such as the availability of seats in the successive rounds of counselling, the number of students with the same score as you, the reservation category, etc. Based on these, the cutoffs vary each year. So it wouldn't be possible to predict with absolute certainty as to which stream you might get into. For the same, you can use the college predictor instead:

Hello ,
Hope you are doing well.
As per your question, to figure out which NIT would be better then one should compare their placements in that branch and infrastructure as well. So as per this,
1) NIT nagpur:-
They have highest CTC package of 22 LPA and and average CTC package of 7LPA . They have good infrastructure as well.
2) MNIT allahabad:-
They have highest CTC package of 36LPA and an average CTC package of 7.8 LPA as per their officials. And as per review their rating is low in terms of infrastructure.
So as per this comparison NIT nagpur have an edge on MNIT allahabad as per thier median package also as per Infrastructure . So as per my opinion you should go with NIT nagpur .
Hope this information helps you out. Thank you.
Hello Chatterjee
NIT Durgapur and NIT Nagpur offers 8 courses in CSE both but NIT Surat only offers 6 courses ,NIT Durgapur and NIT Nagpur has a better rating in college than Nit Surat, the fees for all 3 lies between 5.50 lakh to 5.60 lakh , all 3 have equally good facilities,it's easier to get admission in Nit Durgapur compared to NIT Surat and Nit Nagpur and the median salary for 3 is around 6 lakhs per annum so if you are from Bengal get into NIT durgapur as it will be close to your home because all 3 are pretty much the same . I will attach a link for college comparison where you can check it yourself and even compare more colleges

Hi Dev
With this percentile, your rank would be between 165679 - 120612, with this rank you can get seat in NIT through gen ews quota. Although cut off varies every year depending upon no of students appearing, qualifying, no of seats available, difficulty level of exam.
NIT Nagpur cut off 2019
For CS branch ( EWS category)
for home state quota 999 rank
For other state quota 759 rank
This is as per 2019's data, cut off changes every year
So you may or may not get seat it is difficult to predict exactly.
