It would be difficult to tell you as the cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. Also, this time scores will be normalized on account of the Computer based exam and two attempts.

However, last year closing rank (round 7) for VNIT Nagpur for Home State Quota for CSE was 1027 for SC category.

Paras inorder to get into the IT Department at VNIT premises you need to have the score of atleast 190+ marks in JEE mains if you are from a General Category and for the other categories it may be vary depending upon the cuttoff.
