As you are interested in doing PG Course or PGDM Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Human Resource Management from a private institute you need to have a good score in Graduation.
You also graduated a long time ago which is also taken into consideration by the Universities. If you want to take admission in a private college you need to do excellent in the entrance exam conducted by the university and followed by the personal interview.
