All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health provides facilities such as a hostel and a library for the convenience of students. The AIIHPH facilities, particularly the library are aimed at expanding students’ horizons and giving them exposure to extra knowledge on the subject matter. AIIHPH also publishes its own E-journal, known as "Indian Journal of Hygiene and Public Health". Aside from amenities like these, field labs also provide students with the ability to grow by complimenting the course material through practical application while simultaneously having a social impact.

Boys Hostel
The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Girls Hostel
The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Medical/Hospital
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a library facility for all students. Institute has one of the premier reference libraries on public health sciences. The library has been identified as Regional Medical Library in the Eastern Region by D.G.H.S, and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Total no. of Books: 28247. Total no. of Journals: The Institute library has subscribed to 106 Journals. It also receives 25 complimentary journals. Research Papers/Reports/Annals/Theses: 9386 Facilities - A Large READING Section is exclusively provided for the users. Sufficient computer facility with internet browsing and e-journals access has also been provided. The budget for the library (2014-2015)
