ACE Ahmednagar facilities include a separate boys hostel which is named after popular forts of Maharashtra. There are two boys’s hostels. Four students can be accommodated in one room, hostel management provides one bed, table, chair, and cub board to every student. Each hostel has its dining mess, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served to students. 

Just like Boys hostel the college has a separate Girls hostel which provides one bed, table, chair, and cub board to every student. Each hostel has its dining mess, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served to students. Each AVCOE hostel has its study room, TV room, Guest Room, garden, gymkhana, commercial complex, and an on-campus clinic with highly experienced doctors for boys and girls hostel separately. AVCOE has its Ambulance for any medical emergency.

A health center for routine medical services by an experienced doctor is available on campus. A first Aid box is also available in each department. During emergencies, reputed hospitals, which are within reach, provide their services to our college.

Amrutvahini College of Engineering Ahmednagar, has a dedicated gym available on campus, promoting a healthy lifestyle and well-being among students. Gym also builds a competitive environment among the students.

The college has one central library which was started in 1983. The library is fully automated with Sack Info 2.5 ERP library management system (LMS) with barcode technology. The library has a rich collection of textbooks, reference books, and handbooks from every course which is provided by the college. There are more than half a lakh of volumes and 10,000+ titles and also the library has subscribed 109 Print Journals,10 Magazine & 270 E-Journals. The library database is centrally computerised for accessions and renewals with smart cards for the students and bar codes for the books for easy, secure, and quick operation. Students can search the books through Web-OPAC.

ACE Ahmednagar facilities have a large playground. just to provide sporting opportunities for the student community to reach individual and team potential by providing participants and those who serve them with training, support, and resources to grow social, emotional, physical, and development of sporting skills.

To allow all of the students at Amrutvahini College of Engineering Ahmednagar to perform and execute the program or run the code practically on the desktop, the institution has installed a computer laboratory there.

The College has students with hygienically prepared, excellent quality food in a common mess hall. The campus has canteens for snacks/fast food/refreshments.

The College has two buses to reach the campus from Sangamner city. Auto rickshaws and S.T. buses are also available to commute.
