I would like to inform you that both the colleges i.e. Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya and Maharaja Sayajirao University of baroda are  good when it comes to studying electrical engineering. However the latter has slightly better placement record, a little more experinced professors and overall good college environment.

BVM being private and affiliated college, may be a better and secure campus placement option. 

The latest fee is not mentioned for now but in 2017 it was Rs 1,07,000 per annum for any B.E course. This is from the official website of the institute - BVM college.
