BITS Pilani Digital offers a BS Degree in Data Science and AI with multiple exit options at certificate level, diploma level, and BSc degree level. BITS Pilani Digital B.S. in Data Science & AI is a 4-year degree programme structured across 12 trimesters. B.S. in Data Science & AI at BITS Pilani Digital comes with 40 elective courses that students can choose from seventh trimester onwards.
Students who complete the first 3 trimesters (typically after one year) can exit with a Certificate in Data Science. After completing 6 trimesters (typically after 2 years), they can exit with a Diploma in Data Science. If they complete a full 9 trimesters (after 3 years), candidates will receive a B.Sc. degree in Data Science & AI. Eligibility Criteria

BITS Pilani Digital conducts Trimester end exams for each course which are typically scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. For each course, students can choose between two available date and time options for trimester end exams. Students are required to adhere to the published exam schedule, rules, and guidelines announced prior to each exam.
Students residing in India need to take their exams in person at one of BITS Pilani’s officially designated examination centres. They can choose from 24 centres spread across major cities in four zones:
South Zone – Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Vijayawada
North Zone – Chandigarh, Dehradun, Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Jammu, Lucknow, Pilani, Srinagar
West Zone – Ahmedabad, Goa, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune
