Central Institute of Business Management Research and Development, Nagpur offers training and placement opportunities to eligible students of the college, through its placement cell. CIBMRD Nagpur placement cell is led by a chairperson, who oversees the placement activities. As per the NIRF 2024 data, 52 students from the PG level secured CIBMRD Nagpur placements during the year 2023.

Apart from placements, the CIBMRD College placement cell also provides summer internships, for the students to gain real-life work experience, in a short period of time. The placement cell of CIBMRD Nagpur interacts with companies by organising “Business Thought” leadership sessions, guest lectures, live projects, and other corporate forums.
