Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you there are many factors through which admission takes place in DSM DTU some of which are to which category you belong , do you have delhi quota , do you have gender diversity , do you belong to different course for course diversification etc. DSM DTU is delhi government state funded university.

Yes of course. See if you want to take admission in Delhi Technological University then the admission will be done on the basis of your JEE-Main rank but there will be a different counselling authority who will be alloting you the seats which is known by the Joint Admission Council(JAC).

Both the Colleges provide great experience in terms of academics, placements and college life. Here are some of the points for each of the college to help you in making the decision:

Points for JIMS:

1. The faculties are good and experienced (visiting as well as permanent).

2. The college has various clubs.

3. The placements are decent and handled by the placement cell very well.

1. The faculties here are also good and well experienced.

DSM, DTU for MBA takes only CAT scores. The safe CAT percentile for all the courses is 65 percentile. Although different courses have different cut offs.

Its a below average college. (íts not recommended to join this, but if you don't have any options left then go)

As you have secured a average percentile score in CAT. And to get other IIM , you need to have a CAT percentile of 95+. As you have secured only 82.26 percentile in CAT you would only get call from other institutes. On the percentile secured by you in CAT Exam , you will get some good colleges. After the declaration of the result the merit list will be made  to call the candidate for the interview round.The merit list comprises of your CAT percentile, your graduation marks, your work experience, your 10th and 12th marks. You would get a call from the above institutes.

• The candidate must  hold a Bachelor‘s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of the candidates belonging  to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)
• The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the bachelor‘s degree will be calculated based on the practice followed by the university/ institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree. In case the candidate is awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of  grades/CGPA to percentage of marks will be based on the procedure certified by the university/ institution from where the candidate has obtained the bachelor’s degree. In case the university/ institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence  will be  established by  dividing  the  candidate‘s  CGPA  by  the  maximum possible CGPA and multiplying  the  result  with  100.
• Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor‘s degree or equivalent qualification and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also  apply.
• Candidates need to submit their graduation scores latest by 31 st October, 2019. If the students fail to submit the score or get below 50% in graduation, they will be ineligible for the program.
• Candidates,applying for admission must provide information about score in an entrance test. DSB (http://dsb.edu.in/) accepts scores of, CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT , CMAT and other equivalent examinations. They should satisfy the minimum score requirement of the institute .
• The institution will confirm the eligibility of a candidate by verifying the mark sheets,degree certificates and the entrance test score.

Are you asking for CAT? As you know this is a very low score, With this score you can not expect any good college for the admission to Management programme, I would suggest you to appear for the exam again and score well in the exam.

The institute offers around 120 seats and reserves seats for SC, ST, OBC and PWD candidates as per the policy of Indian Government. It would be too early to say anything about the final selection as the final selection will be based on the overall performance in CAT, GD and PI. The best thing is to wait patiently until the final results are announced by the institute and hope for the best as you've given your best shot.
