The college has an extremely well-equipped laboratory providing the latest state-of-the-art technology to keep students abreast of modern technology and the requirements of the industry. The laboratory has Windows-XP-sp3, Windows-7,windows-8 based network supporting, an open-ended system like C, C++, JAVA, and .NET for programming. Linux & Ubuntu are also being implemented. An advanced database such as Oracle 9i, and 11g MS Access is also available. The lab is equipped with the highest name HP-COMPAQ computers for students' practical as well as project work. The lab has more than 500 systems with Dual-core,2.6GHz, and 2GB RAM. Twenty-four-hour high-speed leased line Internet connectivity with 15Mbps speed from TATA Teleservices, Bhubaneswar is provided to the students. Each student is provided with an e-mail address under the college website (www. east Odessa.ac.in). Besides, various multimedia packages are available on-site to shape ideas and creativity. For automated machine design and drawing, the students have access to the latest CAD, and CAM packages. Hewlett Packard (HP) has set up an advanced training center and lab in our college as a nodal center in Odessa. The institution offers facilities for a well-equipped language laboratory with 30 systems for developing communicative skills among the students.
